From the hive to the honey jar! After carefully uncapping the honey comb, frames are placed into our stainless spinner. Once extracted, the intact comb is returned to the hives. The honey is carefully strained to insure all the beneficial pollen stays with the honey! Then it's bottled without any additional processing. I've learned so much from listening to my honey loving friends.
